FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask

Straight answers to the seven things that decide whether you order.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory. Since 2002 we've run our own 40,000 m² plant in Anji with welding robots, automatic benders and cutters; the main processes are in-house. You're welcome to a video tour, a visit, or to meet us at the CIFF furniture fair.

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

It depends on the model and how much is customised. Ready models can take a small trial order; deep customisation carries a higher MOQ — tell us your quantity and we'll give you a concrete plan.

Can you put my own brand on it?

Yes. Logo, colours, packaging and manual can all follow your brand — that's the day-to-day of our OEM/ODM work.

Can I get a sample first? How long?

Yes. Standard samples take about 7–15 days; complex mould changes take longer. Sample fees are usually credited against a bulk order by agreement.

How do you quote?

Usually FOB Ningbo / Shanghai. Send the model, quantity and target market, and we'll quote together with a packing plan.

What's the lead time and how do you ship?

It depends on quantity and schedule. FCL or LCL both work, with full export documents. In peak season, book production early.

How do you guarantee quality and certification?

The plant has fatigue and load-testing equipment and every batch is AQL-inspected; products are built to BIFMA standards and we support FCC / CE / SGS applications.
